Heather is a licensed medical aesthetician, certified laser technician, and licensed skincare professional who has been a member of Georgia Dermatology medical spa staff for over 9 years.

Michelle Stephenson, LME

Michelle Stephenson has been a licensed esthetician since 2017. She was born and raised in Atlanta and prior to pursuing her esthetician license, she received her Bachelors in Communications at Kennesaw State University. With a lifetime passion for the beauty industry, she knew becoming an esthetician would be both fulfilling and rewarding. She loves helping patients improve and maintain the health of their skin. In her spare time, she enjoys watching movies, hiking, and being with her family, husband, and dog.

Michelle specializes in facial skin care by providing a variety of services, procedures. and products.  She provides consultations to help improve and maintain the appearance and health of her client’s skin.

• Microneedling – Micro-needles create micro-perforations into the skin, so the skin produces more collagen and elastin to repair these micro-perforations. The skin becomes firmer, fine lines and wrinkles are visibly reduced, and pores appear smaller.
• Microdermabrasion – A spray of crystals is swept across the skin, removing the dead skin cells, refining texture, increasing collagen production, revealing new and healthier skin.
• Chemical Peels – There are numerous types of chemical peels that range from mild to severe which aid in skin rejuvenation. We offer highly effective mild to moderate chemical peels with proven results to improve sunspots, texture, and tone.
• Dermaplaning – A sterile surgical blade is used to gently remove the top layer of dead skin cells, revealing a smoother brighter complexion.
• Brightening Facial – Fruit enzyme peel to brighten skin followed by hydrating mask.
• Steam and Pore Extractions Detox gel, steam and extractions for face, back, or chest. (Process varies)

Our acclaimed providers, staff, and top-tier level of service will remain the same, Dr. Gross will be here to lead the charge at our Cumming office. We will continue to provide our patients with the same quality care and excellent service that has made us the “Best of Forsyth” for eight years in a row.

Georgia Dermatology Center’s suite of services will be increased by several additions. These include Mohs surgery, an advanced surgical procedure that removes skin cancer effectively using only local anesthesia. Additionally, this partnership will allow our patients to take advantage of a larger group of accepted insurance options. This widens the scope of patient access without incurring out-of-network fees.

The end result of this merger will only heighten patient care, and that our primary mission.
